Training Officer
Primary Responsibility:
Conducting training needs analysis, classroom or on-job-
training sessions for both internal and external participants.
Reporting: The successful candidate will report directly to Training Centre Coordinator'
Education: Bachelor Degree in Education, Business Administration. Certificates in '
Aviation or hands on experience in Airline/Airport Operations is a requirement
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in airport or Airline Operations or air freight
• A very good understanding of aviation industry, or air freight
• Capable of training lATA courses
• Ability to create and build a network of Aviation training with the various
involved organizatio

Export Cargo Promotion Officer
Primary Responsibility:
Promoting export opportunities for, horticultural produce and other products from Tanzania to Gulf Countries and Europe.
Reporting:
The successful candidate will report directly to the Contracts and
Marketing Manager and functionally to Cargo Services Manager
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Marketing or Business Development.
Masters degree with experience in research or horticulture export business will be an added advantage
Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing or business development especially in horticulture industry and / or air freight.
A very good understanding of perishable produces export industry, including air freight and also has negotiation skills.
Ability to create and build a network of farmers, exporters and the various involved
organizations.
Both positions require high caliber persons with strong analytical skills, excellent'"
knowledge in the application of Excel, high report writing skills, ability to negotiate,
influence and communicate well.
