JOB TITLE: MANAGER BANKING OPERATIONS
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
Holder of a degree in Banking, Economics, Agricultural economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualifications who has served in Managerial positions for at least 5 years in the banking industry. Associate ship TIOB Professional Diploma or Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager Banking Operations will be responsible in managing all products and services, supervising all officers under him, to check, sign and authorize transactions correctly as per laid down instructions. Attending to customer’s complaints, be joint custodian to the Department/branch assets, and as a customer care officer. The Manager Banking Operations is as well responsible for supervising and ensuring that Units are complying with the established credit policies which include applicant’s assessment procedures, funding’s procedures and a loan monitoring system designed to provide information concerning the performance of the loans portfolio. Must as well be conversant with operational and credit risks and its mitigation. Must be computer literate and be able to understand the bank’s risk appetites.

ENTRY QUAIFICATIONS:
Holder of Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting and CPA qualification or its equivalent with work experience at managerial position of at least 5 years. Computer literacy is an added advantage. Knowledge of banking or possession of Associate ship TIOB professional Diploma would be added advantage.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for Treasury management, budgetary performance, financial control, payroll, financial accounting reporting and reconciliation. The Manager will as well deal with planning, manage, maintain, monitor, operational liquidity, cash, budgets and capital requirements, ensure proper collection of revenue by branches and departments, monitoring of the budget and its implementation. Also he will deal with Management Information Systems whereby he will be responsible for collecting financial information from all operating centers and summarizing them in useful financial data. The data will be used for the management of the budget and informing management on the achievements of the operating centers.

Support and train end users and coordinate, guide and prepare standards to ensure reliability and availability of individual systems. Ensure that all aspects of information systems security are in place and operational. Implement the system/level controls and maintain system documentation. Act to ensure compliance with Automated Information System (AIS) security procedures. Also he should have an experience in hardware and software installation and configuration.
